Join Our Mission to Uplift Zambia’s Future

We believe that when people are given the right tools, they can transform their own futures. Our holistic programmes provide access to practical skills, support networks, and economic opportunities—empowering youth and women to thrive.

From starting a sustainable farm to launching a school recycling initiative, our participants leave not just with knowledge—but with the confidence and community to apply it. Whether in rural villages or urban communities, we are sowing seeds of change across Zambia.

We Are A Strong Team

Our dedicated team includes local educators, farmers, youth leaders, and volunteers—all driven by the same goal: to create opportunity through empowerment. With a grassroots approach and a commitment to listening and learning, our team ensures every project responds to real community needs and delivers measurable outcomes.

Every member of Ubukia Foundation is guided by compassion, collaboration, and a relentless belief in the potential of the people we serve.
